Mukai Osamu and Kuninaka Ryoko registered their marriage on 28 December as announced by their agencies on 30 Dec. In Mukai's handwritten statement, he expressed his wish to become a better actor after finding his life partner and hopes that everyone will continue supporting him. As for Kuninaka, she wrote in her statement that she will continue working as an actress and expressed her gratitude towards everyone for their support for far. There are no plans for a press conference nor wedding. Mukai and Kuninaka met on the set of "Hungry!" in 2012 which led to them dating soon after the drama wrapped up.
