Gouriki Ayame performs debut single at Zepp Tokyo

Gouriki Ayame who will make her singing debut with her first single under Sony Music titled "Tomodachi yori Daiji na hito" (A person more important than friends) on 10 July, performed the song live in Zepp Tokyo on 14 April where 1,000 fans had gathered. Gouriki commented that she was very nervous before going on stage to perform the song but things progressed smoothly as she performed with 8 backup dancers. In order to prepare for her CD debut, Gouriki started voice training lessons from October last year. She even participated in eight rehearsals before the Zepp Tokyo event which was far more than the norm of 2 sessions only. In addition, her record company also commented that Gouriki was the fastest artiste they've seen who picked up the dance steps in just two weeks. After the event, Gouriki cried when she recalled the time she spent on practices and was glad that she could finally show the finished product in public so she gave herself 120 points for the performance.
